اسمك الظاهر يظهر في سجل المزايدات وقوائم الدعم والتقييمات. هوية البائع تبقى مخفية حتى انتهاء المزاد. لا يظهر رقم جوالك أو بريدك أو عنوانك لأحد إلا للطرف الآخر بعد السداد كما سبق.
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك قائماً. يمكنك حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق (حسابي ← الإعدادات ← حذف حسابي) أو من الموقع (حسابي ← بياناتي ← حذف حسابي): يُعطَّل الحساب فوراً ويُحذف نهائياً بعد 14 يوماً، فتُحذف بياناتك الشخصية (الاسم، الجوال، البريد، العناوين، الاهتمامات، رمز الإشعارات، الصور وبيانات المتجر)، ويبقى سجل المزايدات والطلبات المكتملة بلا هوية لأنه سجل معاملات مالية. التفاصيل في صفحة حذف الحساب. يمكنك أيضاً طلب الحذف بالبريد.
يمكنك في أي وقت تعديل بياناتك واهتماماتك من حسابك، وإيقاف أي نوع من الإشعارات، وطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها عبر info@sfqah.com.
الاتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، وكلمات المرور مشفّرة، ومستندات التوثيق لا يطّلع عليها إلا فريق المراجعة. مع ذلك لا يخلو أي نقل عبر الإنترنت من مخاطر، فاحفظ كلمة مرورك ولا تشاركها.
صفقة للبالغين (18 سنة فأكثر). لا نجمع عن قصد بيانات من هم دون ذلك.

Last updated: 19 September 2026. This policy covers the Sfqah website (sfqah.com) and the Sfqah mobile app, operated by Pioneering Bridge Trading Co. (شركة جسر الريادة للتجارة).
Data we collect: account data (display name, mobile number, optional email, country/city, encrypted password); transaction data (bids, purchases and sales, shipping addresses, transfer receipts, ratings, coins/diamonds balance); content you post (listing photos, descriptions, video links, store logo, and for sellers the bank-verification documents); your interests (categories, origin, budget); in the app, the push notification token and device model/OS/app version; and technical logs (IP address) for security.
How we use it: to run the auctions (bids, wins, orders, buyer–seller payment, shipping, ratings), to send the notifications you opt into (auction started, outbid, last hour, won, order status, interest matches — each can be turned off in Settings), and to protect the platform (phone verification, fraud prevention, reports and disputes). We do not use your data for targeted advertising and do not track you across other apps or websites.
Sharing: after a sale is confirmed as paid, the seller sees the buyer's name, phone and shipping address, and the buyer sees the seller's name and verified bank account. Service providers (Apple, Google and Expo for notifications; WhatsApp and email delivery; the PayTabs card gateway for platform services; hosting) process data only on our behalf. We may disclose data when legally required. We never sell or rent your data.
Retention and deletion: you can delete your account in the app (Account → Settings → Delete my account) or on the website. The account is disabled immediately and permanently deleted after 14 days; personal data is erased and completed bids/orders remain anonymized as a financial record.
